At Linxly, our goal is to provide high-quality and reliable services to all users. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

  • Since Linxly provides digital services, refunds are only available under specific circumstances.
  • Refunds apply only to premium plan subscriptions.
  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Period

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your subscription payment, provided that no premium features have been actively used in your account.
  • Refunds apply only to initial purchases; renewals (auto-renewals) are non-refundable.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will be automatically declined.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The subscription has automatically renewed and was not canceled before the renewal date.
  • The account has been suspended due to violation of Linxly’s Terms of Service.
  • Technical issues caused by the user’s device, browser, or internet connection.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

  • All premium plans renew automatically.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — after cancellation, no future payments will be charged.
  • Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.

  2. Include your registered email address, payment date, and a short explanation of your request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your payment method within 5–10 business days.
