1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Linxly’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use Linxly only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

Please note that pricing for Linxly’s services may vary depending on your region or country. Any applicable regional pricing will be clearly displayed at the time of subscription or purchase.

3. Subscriptions, Trial and Billing

• Linxly is a paid service. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, after which your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings > Billing. If you cancel during the trial, your access to premium features ends immediately.
• Cancellation stops future charges; payments already made for the current billing period are not refunded, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Plan limits (such as the number of links) reset monthly.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, publish or link to through Linxly, including destination URLs, bio pages, titles, descriptions, images and any other material ("User Content"). You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use your User Content and that it complies with all applicable laws.

Linxly does not pre-screen, review or endorse User Content and has no obligation to monitor it. We are not responsible for the content of any website or page that a Linxly link points to.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided on Linxly are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Linxly at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Linxly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linxly shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linxly and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your User Content, your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or any law.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Linxly for any unlawful purpose or in connection with any illegal activity. In particular, you may not create links or pages that:

• promote or distribute gambling, adult content or pornography;
• are used for phishing, fraud, scams or collecting credentials or payment details under false pretenses;
• distribute malware, viruses or any other harmful software;
• send or support spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• impersonate any person, brand or organization, or mislead visitors about the destination;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
• hide the destination of a link to bypass the security filters of other platforms.

We may disable or delete any link, bio page or account that violates these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. Accounts suspended for violations are not eligible for a refund.

We actively work to prevent prohibited use of our platform, but we cannot guarantee that such content will never appear.

Reporting abuse. If you believe a Linxly link or page violates these Terms or the law, please report it through our Report Abuse page or email [email protected]. We review reports and take action, including disabling the link, when a violation is confirmed.

12. Refunds

Linxly offers refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge (the charge made when your trial ends), provided that no links have been created on your account, including during the free trial.

• Refunds apply only to the first paid charge; renewals are non-refundable.
• Requests submitted more than 14 days after that charge will be declined.
• To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your registered email, payment date, and a brief explanation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
